Booking BLOCKS of 12 sessions secures your place each week. If you would like to find out more, pay, or have questions then we are here to help in anyway we can - just ask! 


Every person can have one trial, this would cover at any class area. All trial classes are £10 per person. Once trial completed participant would need to arrange block payment on agree to drop-in fee.

No booking needed, just drop-in and hope there is a space available for you!

NutritiousWorks Members* any members who have paid for their annual membership in advance are able to join our new exciting DiscoShuffle™️ classes as part of their membership and FOC; assuming there is a space. Members who pay the monthly subscription are still welcome to join if there is space in the class, but will have to pay a fee; this would be a 50% discount on the normal class price.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are offered to anyone unable to complete their DISCOSHUFFLE™ course due to serious ill-health or financial risk. We do not offer refunds otherwise; but always happy to further discuss this should it ever arise. There is an admin fee of £20 for amendements.
