Emma-Jane is always challenging dance & fitness programmes. Over her years in the wellbeing industry she has understood how bodies work, the importance of creating good habits and why challenging muscle memory to increase tone and fat burning is key to improved wellbeing. She said there is a method to her madness on these conversations, and those that listen will benefit greatly when it comes to living their best life and feeling in tip top condition!
One of the things EJ is also very good at, is screening peoples lives and looking at where the gaps are - and how things could change for the better. She gently advises on lifestyle/ nutrition/ wellbeing decisions to help improve everything you do. We will be launching our 12 week Lifestlye Programme in September. This Programme runs alongside our 12 week fitness class and will help those “feeling stuck”.
High Intensity Interval Training is a huge part of EJs world, and something she regulary shares the importance of - along with variety. She says variety is 'key' to all of our wellbeing successes and challenging our routines with various fitness programme will bring positive longevity.
